I'm absolutely loving navy interiors at the moment. I just love how they look so sophisticated, glamorous and grown-up. Navy works so beautifully when it's the prominent shade in a space and as a paint colour is a fantastic choice to create drama and a space that instantly feels elegant.
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Hope you had a great day! It's been a while since my last post and I've really missed blogging but life has been pretty crazy lately. It's great to be back and for the day that is in it as the world turned green I'd thought I'd post some of my favourite green inspired interiors below and put together some Saint Patrick's Day inspired pieces.

Grey is a popular choice these days when decorating your home. It's the new fave neutral shade that will create a calm and soft atmosphere in your space. A great starting point or choice of paint colour when designing a room as it works so well on its own or as a backdrop when used alongside a spectrum of other colour shades as it will not clash or compete.
Where has all the sunshine gone? Last weekend the weather was absolutely amazing! It was so great to get out and about in the sun and take a walk around Bohernabreena Reservoir in the Dublin Mountains. The views were breathtakingly beautiful as the sun shone down on the lake and the surrounding sloping green hills and forests. Everything looked picture perfect and the colours so vivid and vibrant. I returned home totally inspired.

This year, for the first time in history the people at Pantone have given the title of Colour of the Year to two colours. A pastel palate of soft pink and tranquil blue, but more beautifully named Rose Quartz and Serenity and I think they are just gorgeous, particularly as a pair.

Possibly the most famous sofa ever, the iconic Chesterfield could be classified as a "legend" in the sofa-stakes, a classic that even hundreds of years on just can't date. One of the theory's around the Chesterfield name is that it was thought to have originated from the 4th Earl of Chesterfield who back in the 17th century was honoured by a commissioned leather sofa.
The pineapple is not only one of the most delicious and yummiest fruits around (well its certainly a personal favourite of mine and I'm quite partial to a Piña Colada) it is as equally scrumptious when styled in interiors! The pineapple has been a popular trend across the spectrum of interiors, fashion and jewellery for a quite a while now and doesn't appear to be going anywhere.
